Shellie Gibbs joined the firm in September 2016. She graduated from Howard Payne University in 2003 with a BBA in Accounting. With 25 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation, Shellie has developed a special talent for understanding her clients’ needs when assisting them with their accounting and tax situations. Her approach to every situation is to understand the clients’ desires and wants, and then maintains that perspective throughout the planning process. Shellie prepares all types of federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts. Her experience includes assisting clients in setting up and managing their accounting systems and software as well as preparing financial statements and related accounting functions for clients.
She has been married to her husband, Randall, for 30 years, and they have a 28-year-old daughter, Haven who is married to Kody. They have two beautiful granddaughters, Zella & Jonnie who are the light of Shellie’s life. In her spare time, Shellie enjoys hanging out with family and friends, loves going to Tennessee to visit her girls, is an avid reader, and is an alumna of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
